PIHN provides grants for past-due rent, utilities, and security deposits for tenants who apply. Apply online.

One month’s rent of funding is available – must be less than $1500.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Children in the household 18 or under.
• Enough income to ensure you can pay your rent on a regular basis.
• Documentation showing that they missed one rent payment and that they will be back on track next time.
• Less than 90 days overdue on that payment.
